In 2019 I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher certification at the Arhanta Ashram in the Netherlands. My classes are inspired by Iyengar, yin, Anusara, Kripalu, restorative, and Hatha yoga styles. I focus on alignment and making yoga accessible to everyone.
